What is Your Vital Stats Member Account?

The Vital Stats Member Account area is where you can view details relating to your recent orders, and where you can manage your personal member account details. It is a secure and encrypted area of the website that requires you to login with your email address and password before any information is displayed.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order you will need to login to your member account. Once you have logged in: Click on the "View Order" link next to the order you wish to check. Your complete order information is displayed. This information includes a summary of all items ordered and a complete breakdown of each parcel dispatched the items it contained and the time and date that it was dispatched. If you have cancelled or returned an item, this information will also be displayed.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an entire order or an individual item from an order that has not yet been dispatched, you will need to contact us. Please submit your cancellation request via our online contact form. To assist with a speedy resolution of your cancellation request, please advise if you wish to receive a Vital Stats member account credit for which you can use against any future purchase, or if you would prefer to receive a direct credit card refund (online credit card orders only) or a cheque refund.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order cancellation has been processed.

IMPORTANT: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched as they are already on their way to your address!

How do I use the online checkout? 

Step 1 - Check your delivery address, order total and parcel options:

If the delivery address is incorrect or if you are sending the parcel as a gift, you can change the delivery address by filling in the delivery address box on the details from. Please note that this will only change the delivery address for the current order.

Step 2 - Select your payment method:

Credit Card: Select your credit card type from the drop down box provided. (We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD).

Enter your credit card number into the input box provided.

Enter your credit cards expiry month and year into the input box provided.

Enter the name as it appears on the credit card into the input box provided.

Click the "Check Credit Card Payment" to place your order

Enter your name into the input box provided.

Enter your phone number into the input box provided.

Select the best time to call from the options available.

Click the "Submit" button to place your order.

Step 3 - Verify your order details and place your order.

Please ensure that you verify your delivery address, your payment details and the items before continuing. Once you are happy that all the details are correct, then click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order to Vital Stats.

Step 4 - Order placement confirmation.

Once your order has been submitted to Vital Stats, a confirmation page will be displayed advising that your order has successfully been received. An automated order confirmation and tax invoice will immediately be emailed to you for your records.

New Customers:

If you have finished shopping and are happy with the items and quantities in your shopping trolley you can proceed to the checkout by clicking on the "Checkout/Buy Now" button. You will be prompted to create a member account before actually entering the checkout

Existing Customers:

If you have finished shopping and are happy with the items and quantities in your shopping trolley you can proceed to the checkout simply by entering your member account password into the input box provided and then clicking " Checkout" button.

How do I use the shopping trolley?

Clicking the "Add to Cart" button adds the selected item to your electronic shopping cart and takes you to the "Your Shopping Cart" summary screen. Your Shopping Trolley Summary: The "Your Shopping Cart" summary screen displays all items that you have added during your online shopping session. All items are automatically sorted into separate parcels according to their stock status.

Removing Items:

You can remove items from "Your Shopping Cart" simply by clicking the "Delete" button after selecting the item you wish to delete.

Increasing Quantities:

If you would like to order more than one of an item which is currently in your electronic shopping cart, simply place the new amount in the quantity input box and then click the "Update totals" button. Your Shopping cart will automatically refresh and your order total will be adjusted accordingly.
